Prior to submitting any content, photos, videos, and music please make sure you have the rights to the media you are providing. When you submit to me, you are herby implying ownership of the content and permission for fair usage on my website, podcast, and any associated media which I use to publish.

FILES SUCH AS MUSIC, PHOTOS, OR VIDEO
If you are submitting a file too large to email, please submt in your email a drop box link or other similar service so that the file can be downloaded cleanly for use. DO NOT submit a website link to another service that is hosting the photo, video, or music file such as YouTube or other streaming services.
